From the lobby, choose Replay Mission -> Data Hive, and refer to the map above to find the last audio log.ġ. After you've collected the first 29 in the Hub, hit start, and choose SAVE & QUIT. You'll be dropped into the Hub, and you'll be able to obtain all the first 29 audio logs from here.
Choose Replay Mission -> Mombosa Streets. From the main menu, choose Campaign, and make sure you're doing it in a SOLO game. Save these for after you've completed the campaign. Much less if you've got more players, and players who know what they're doing. To avoid any potential headaches, I recommend that you, and your co-op partners commit 4-6 hours to the campaign, and complete it in one sitting. It can become messy, and confusing if you're not careful. Be sure to hit start to save & quit/end game before you quit to dashboard, or turn off your console. If one person kills an engineer, it counts for everyone within the party.
So, if you choose replay mission, you'll have to replay any other missions you've already completed before you can complete the campaign. In ODST you find missions in the Hub, which is a free-roaming area, meaning you can do the missions in any order.
The first time you encounter one will be fairly early in the game, while in the Hub (Mombosa streets). These are the flying creatures you'll occasionally see above the Mombosa Streets. There is 1 missable achievement, Good Samaritan, which requires you to complete the campaign without killing any engineers. Most of the achievements can be done in co-op, which will make them that much faster and easier to obtain. Most of your time will be split between campaign, and the new firefight mode. Does difficulty affect achievements?: Yes Do cheat codes disable achievements?: No cheats Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 1 Antway I digress, Halo 3 = Great game, minor faults, Alot of people here are just giving it low to make it look bad, it is a 7 at worst, bt tbh i cnt see how it isnt at least an 8, i'll give it 9 coz of theatre and forge modes tho, anyone giving it lower than about a 7 has some sort of bias up their sleeve, maybe bungie called them names.who knows.- Approximate amount of time to 1000: 20-30 hours But the whole experience of online play is sesnsational, the matchmaking system works well normally finding games quickly, depending on amount of playres in the playlist and skill levels available. Multiplayer is where halo 3 shines, and quite frankly anyone who feels that the game doesnt have a great online system is an idiot, I could go all 'Pro' and moan about battle rifle changes, but tbh no one excpet the competetive folks rly care about that. Co op online is great going throught the missionsn with up to 3 other players online, not to mention some of the achievements available on the campaign mode, adding for more replay value. However personally i feel this game is great, I enjoyed the single player thoroughly, until it ended, and granted, it did so quite quickly, not clocking in much more than 7 hours for me on heroic difficulty. It is obvious when reading through some of the user comments that many reviews have been submitted by people who have an irrational hatred of It is obvious when reading through some of the user comments that many reviews have been submitted by people who have an irrational hatred of halo 3, 'because its popular' syndrome.
